About EYoSA:

EYoSA operates as a non-profit, non-political, and non-governmental organization that focuses on three key areas:

  • Agriculture Research and Innovation: Engaging university students and young researchers in cutting-edge agricultural studies. We promote a 'lab to field' and 'field to lab' approach, ensuring that research translates into real-world benefits for farmers. EYoSA conducts research competitions, provides grants, and supports projects that innovate and improve farming techniques.

  • Agriculture Extension and Connectivity: EYoSA extends the latest agricultural technologies and practices to smallholder farmers. By conducting workshops, field demonstrations, and digital training, we help farmers adopt modern techniques that boost their productivity and sustainability. Our digital platforms provide easy access to agricultural information in both English and Nepali, making knowledge transfer seamless and effective.

  • Agriculture Information Management: EYoSA acts as a comprehensive hub for agricultural information, offering resources such as e-libraries, databases, and digital farmer profiling. Our goal is to centralize critical agricultural knowledge, making it easily accessible for farmers, students, and other stakeholders.

Why EYoSA?

EYoSA believes that youth are the driving force behind the future of agriculture. Our initiative focuses on:
